Welcome to Cordwainer Cottage, a cosy stone built cottage on the outskirts of the pretty Staffordshire Moorlands village of Bagnall. Situated in the grounds of Stoney Villa Farm, a smallholding which was previously used for sheep farming, the cottage offers an ideal rural break.
The famous Staffordshire Potteries, Alton Towers, the Peak District National Park and Keele University's Astronomical Observatory (as well as Staffordshire University's Stoke campus) are all within easy reach of the cottage.
The Ashes exclusive country house wedding venue is just 4 miles away.
Because the cottage is away from major sources of light pollution, astronomers and others who enjoy stargazing will find the dark skies above the cottage an asset - a pair of binoculars, a camera on a tripod or even a telescope if you have one will reveal even more.
The cottage sleeps two - one double bed.
