Weekly rate (2019): £350

Short break: (minimum 2 nights) from £130

A deposit of £50 is required with the booking please. The balance is due FOUR weeks before arrival. No reminders will be sent. If the booking is made less than four weeks before the arrival date, payment in full is required on booking. Bookings will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations:
a. Up to four weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeit.
b. Within four weeks but more than eight days of arrival, a minimum of 25% of the total charge will be refunded and this will rise to at least 75% if we are able to rebook the entire period in question.
c. No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled within eight days of arrival. We advise guests to take out insurance against this occurrence.

We regret that we cannot accept pets, as the cottage is a low-allergy environment.

For the comfort of future visitors, no smoking is allowed within the cottage.

No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property while staying at Cordwainer Cottage.

We politely ask that all new guests arrive after 3 pm. Checkout time is 10 am.
